Voicework provides essential vocal, physical, mantric and meditative     practices that enable us to access our true voice. This methodology     combines ancient and modern techniques to unlock the full potential of the enquirer. The inner voice is devoid of self-consciousness, fear and any limiting blocks that are held within ourselves. It is the blueprint of who we really are

and speaks with authority, wisdom, clarity, and is aligned with our true purpose.


Many of us have much more "voice" than we realise whether for speaking or singing and can feel uncomfortable using it to its full capacity.                   Singing has the potential to dissolve negative emotions, instil inner peace,  

and a greater sense of wellbeing.


Gavin believes everyone can sing and by deepening our connection with ourselves, anything is possible.

His mission is to empower each person to find their true voice through simple practices that energise, release, expand, liberate, nurture and help cultivate a strong, confident, resonant inner/outer voice. 


Gavin skillfully draws out each person's voice in a safe, relaxed and accessible manner.

We will be utilising different practices such as:


World Chants and Mantra to focus the mind and align with the heart


Movement to release, relax, stretch, and open up the body


Breathing Exercises to expand the lungs and deepen our inner awareness


Meditation to still the mind and cultivate compassion


The Indian Scale to open up the voice and balance our energetic system


Bija Syllables to stimulate the brain, body and heart 


Free Vocal Improvisation to liberate the voice and let go of the mind


Modal Work to explore different vocal colours and timbres 


Simple Songwriting to access our authentic songs


Ritual to align with our goals and connect with the highest aspect of ourselves
