WORKSHOPS: Cancellation policy: Bookings may be cancelled in advance and you may receive a partial refund depending on when the cancellation is made (see below).There will be a 20% admin fee for all cancellations.

RETREATS: 4 months before an event: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 4 months before an event, there is no refund.

 

WEEKEND & DAY WORKSHOPS: 2 months before an event: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 2 months before an event, there is no refund.

 

HALF DAY WORKSHOPS & IN PERSON CHANTING AND ZOOM CHANTS: 1 month before an event: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 1 month before an event, there is no refund or rescheduling to an alternative session.

If you fail to attend there is no refund.

 

INDIVIDUAL VOICE & HARMONIUM SESSIONS: Booking essential. Payment via Paypal or BACS at least 48 hours prior to session. Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, a full refund will be offered if made not less than 24 hrs before session starts. Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of a session there will be no refund. For block bookings of voice and harmonium sessions once paid upfront are to be used within 6 months.

There are no refunds.

IN DEPTH VOICE PROGRAMMES: Booking essential. Payment via Paypal or BACS at least 7 days prior to sessions.

If paying in instalments each payment must be paid before each session.

ONLINE ZOOM COURSES: No refunds but you can transfer your payment to another online course or chant/voice session.
