“Zoom Chant” is a special opportunity to explore the power of chant and mantra to unlock the true resonance of the voice.

We come together to explore the profound power of sound and intention. Chanting is the practice of repeating sacred sounds, words, and melody that resonate deeply within the body and mind. Drawing from world traditions, we incorporate universal mantras that carry vibrations of peace, healing, and unity. These mantras, rooted in wisdom from various cultures, create a shared space of harmony and connection. In these sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to carve out time for yourself—a sacred pause from the demands of daily life. Chanting calms the mind, balances emotions, and fosters a sense of inner peace and presence. The collective energy of the group magnifies these benefits, even when shared virtually. Whether you’re seeking to connect with others, deepen your spiritual practice, or simply find a moment of stillness, this is a space for you.

This voice weekend invites you into a deeper relationship with your voice — not as something to be forced or perfected, but as something to be listened for, called in, and allowed to emerge. While our intention is to connect with the inner voice, there is also an invitation to call out for sounds that may feel unfamiliar or unheard, and to call in qualities that bring greater authenticity, embodiment, and aliveness. These may be sounds you have never experienced before, or sounds you already know, now arising from a deeper, more connected place. Through stillness, breath, movement, and embodied awareness, we create the conditions for the voice to reveal itself. Using a range of practices — including breathing exercises, gentle bodywork, movement, mantra, and simple melodic frameworks — we explore ways of inviting sound rather than pushing it. This work is open to everyone and reaches far beyond singing technique; it is about listening deeply, connecting body, heart, and soul, and allowing the voice to lead us toward a more authentic and vital expression of who we are. A transformational healing journey with voice and sound.

​Your voice is one of the most powerful instruments for healing, expression, and transformation. In this six-session online series, we will explore how sound moves through the body — awakening energy, releasing emotion, and opening pathways of connection and inspiration. Each month, we will journey through a different vocal map that draws on ancient sound traditions from around the world​.

• March 8th  – The Bija Chakra Mantras: Sacred seed sounds from India that activate and align the seven chakras, supporting energy flow and emotional harmony.

• April 26th – Native American Warrior Syllables: Grounding, rhythmic sounds that build courage, presence, and embodied power, connecting us to the Earth and ancestral strength.

• May 10th – Tibetan Warrior Syllables: Vibrational practices from Tibetan Buddhism that clear energetic obstacles, cultivating clarity, compassion, and spiritual focus.

• June 7th – The Taoist Six Healing Sounds: Gentle sound meditations that support the internal organs, releasing tension and restoring balance to the body’s vital systems.

• July 5th – The Sufi Syllables of Devotion and Expression: Heart-opening tones that awaken love, expansion, and connection with the divine source of sound itself.

Each session includes chanting, movement, and guided vocal improvisation, inviting you to experience your voice as a medicine — a tool for presence, balance, and self-expression. No vocal experience is necessary; this is a space for exploration, embodiment, and rediscovery of the sound that lives within you.
