FRIDAY MORNINGS-WEEKLY

ZOOM CHANT

“Zoom Chant” is a special opportunity to explore the power of chant and mantra to unlock the true resonance of the voice.

We come together to explore the profound power of sound and intention. Chanting is the practice of repeating sacred sounds, words, and melody that resonate deeply within the body and mind. Drawing from world traditions, we incorporate universal mantras that carry vibrations of peace, healing, and unity. These mantras, rooted in wisdom from various cultures, create a shared space of harmony and connection. In these sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to carve out time for yourself—a sacred pause from the demands of daily life. Chanting calms the mind, balances emotions, and fosters a sense of inner peace and presence. The collective energy of the group magnifies these benefits, even when shared virtually. Whether you’re seeking to connect with others, deepen your spiritual practice, or simply find a moment of stillness, this is a space for you.

Come as you are, and allow the sound to guide you inward. Together, let’s create a rhythm of balance and harmony to carry into our lives.

We will meet via ZOOM. Once booked I will send details of how to connect. You will need to download Zoom on your phone or computer. If you are unable to make the session(s) you can watch on catchup available for one week.

Venue: Online Via Zoom. Dates: Sep 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Oct 30th, Nov 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, Dec 4th, 11th, 18th. Cost: £10 per session (per person). Time: 11am-12pm.

ZOOM EVENT SAT OCT 31ST 2026

SAMHAIN-ANCESTOR SONG

Samhain is the ancient festival that marks the turning of the year into the darker half of the cycle, often associated with reflection, release, and remembrance. Traditionally, this time of year is said to be when the “veil” between worlds feels thinnest, making it a powerful moment for connecting inwardly and honouring those who have gone before us. Whether taken symbolically or spiritually, it offers a space to slow down, listen deeply, and acknowledge the cycles of life, death, and renewal. This online Samhain ritual on Saturday 31st October (Zoom) will be a guided space for calling in and honouring the ancestors through chant, mantra, movement, free voice, ritual, and meditation. No vocal experience is required—just a willingness to explore sound and presence in a supported way. The session is designed to be accessible and open, allowing each person to participate in their own way.

No vocal experience required.

Venue: Zoom. Date: Saturday October 31st 2026. Cost: £25 or £20 (per person) if pre-booked by Oct 24th. Payment is via PayPal or BACS. Time: 7-8.30pm.

OXFORD EVENT NOV 14TH/15TH

THE CALL OF THE SACRED

This voice weekend invites you into a deeper relationship with your voice — not as something to be forced or perfected, but as something to be listened for, called in, and allowed to emerge. While our intention is to connect with the inner voice, there is also an invitation to call out for sounds that may feel unfamiliar or unheard, and to call in qualities that bring greater authenticity, embodiment, and aliveness. These may be sounds you have never experienced before, or sounds you already know, now arising from a deeper, more connected place. Through stillness, breath, movement, and embodied awareness, we create the conditions for the voice to reveal itself. Using a range of practices — including breathing exercises, gentle bodywork, movement, mantra, and simple melodic frameworks — we explore ways of inviting sound rather than pushing it. This work is open to everyone and reaches far beyond singing technique; it is about listening deeply, connecting body, heart, and soul, and allowing the voice to lead us toward a more authentic and vital expression of who we are. No vocal experience

required.

Venue: The Annexe at No 4,

Headington, Oxford OX3 7PJ. Dates: Saturday November 14th & Sunday November 15th 2026.

Cost: £150 or £140 if pre-booked by Oct 14th & £125 by Sep 14th. Payment is via PayPal or BACS. Times: 10.30am-4.30pm.
