“Zoom Chant” is a special opportunity to explore the power of chant and mantra to unlock the true resonance of the voice. Chanting has the potential to relax the mind, bring inner peace and release blocked emotions, connecting us to something much bigger than ourselves and empowering us to express who we truly are as well as connecting us more deeply with our hearts, bringing great inner peace, freedom, and balance.No vocal experience required. We will meet via ZOOM. Once booked I will send details of how to connect. You will need to download Zoom on your phone or computer. If you are unable to make the session(s) you can watch on catchup available for one week.

“Sol Song” is a deep immersion into our true sound."Sol" means sun in Spanish. The voice can be a powerful medicine to enliven the heart, soothe the soul and awaken our true self. Come and explore the power and resonance of your voice using a variety of practices such as chant, mantra, movement, breath, Indian raga, ritual and much more.  We will cultivate a strong foundation together and each find our unique home note. “Spring Into Sound” is a transformational voice weekend in Berwick Upon Tweed. Spring is a time for new beginnings, new growth and an abundance of possibility. "Singing the Five Elements” is an online workshop via Zoom. This session is an introduction to the five elements- earth, water, fire, air and ether. We will dive wholeheartedly into ourselves using the power of chant and mantra, bodywork, free voice, the Indian scale and improvisation, to explore the deepest sound of our being. Which element are you most comfortable in and which are you not? These practices will help restore balance. No vocal experience needed.

This is a special opportunity to celebrate the return of the light and to set our intentions for the year ahead.
